The Ultimate Boredum Busting Workout: 45-minute Super Circuit Routine

For the past few weeks, my attention span at the gym has been, well, ZERO. Because of this, I have had to be extremely creative when it comes to keeping my workouts both interesting and challenging. One rainy day last week when I was feeling especially ADD, the thought of completing 30+ minutes on the treadmill made me squirm. Hence this insane workout that I am about to share.

I am pretty sure that the lady working out next to me thought I was a crazy person {or just really hyped up on coffee)  as I kept switching from the treadmill to the weights about 5-6 times. But honestly: this routine kicked my butt in the best way possible and will whip you into shape in NO time. I was dripping in sweat after the first 15 minutes and worked every. single. muscle.

45-Minute Super Circuit Routine
You will need: Treadmill, 8-10 lb dumbbells, stopwatch, a mat {optional} 

Run on treadmill at 6.0-7.0 mph (0:00-10:00) 

Circuit #1{legs)
Squats 10:00-11:00
Lunge jumps 11:00-12:00
Weighted lunges 12:00-13:00 {I used 8 lb dumbbells)
Squat jumps 13:00-14:00
Pulsing squats 14:00-15:00

Run on treadmill alternating between 6.5 and 7.5 mph every minute (15:00-25:00) 

Circuit #2 {arms} 
Dumbbell Rows 25:00-26:00
Bicep curls 26:00-27:00
Push-ups 27:00-28:00
Lateral raises 28:00-29:00
Triceps Dips 29:00-30:00

Run on treadmill alternating between 6.5 and 7.5 mph every 30 seconds (30:00-35:00)

Circuit #3 {abs}
Plank 35:00-36:00
Side plank {30 seconds each side} 36:00-37:00
Mountain climbers 37:00-38:00
V-ups 38:00-39:00
Crunches 39:00-40:00

Run on treadmill at 6.0 mph to cool down (40:00-45:00) and pat yourself on the back for finishing this workout!!
